ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $75.
All orders are sent Standard Day Shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 1-3 business days after your order is processed. Orders take 3-5 business days to process. Some items are subject to longer processing time if not in stock at our location or on backorder.

 

There is a processing fee when paying with a credit card. The processing fee is a percentage based upon the total amount of your order. 

To check the status of your, you must send an email to shopt2boutique@gmail.com (include Subject: Order Status) be sure to include your order number. You will only receive status of your order, if your order has exceeded the expected order processing time.

 
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked your items as delivered. Tracking numbers are provided via order confirmation sent via email.
International shipping is not currently available.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
T2 Boutique wants to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event you no longer want your item, you will receive a Store Credit, NOT A REFUND, for the unworn, unused and unwashed item. Your request must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. Your store credit is valid for one year from the original purchase date. The store credit does not include any shipping costs. If your returned merchandise is not received within the 14 days, your sale will be considered FINAL and no store credit will be issued.

 

In order to process a Return/Store Credit, you must send an email to shopt2boutique@gmail.com (include Subject: Return/ Store Credit) be sure to include a copy of your order confirmation and the reason for your return. You will then receive an email including the address to ship your items back to. Your items must be packaged with the original tags if applicable. 
 
*Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure your return is received, please get a tracking information as we are not responsible for any returns not received.
 
Once your return is received, your item(s) will be carefully inspected to ensure it was unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. If your item(s) is ineligible to be returned after inspection, your return will not be valid. You then have the option of having the item(s) shipped back to you, however, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
 
SALES TAX
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Maryland state regulations.
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once your order is placed, it can not be modified or cancelled by the customer. Please ensure all of your contact, billing and shipping information is correct before placing order. In the event your order needs to be modified, i.e., shipping or billing information, please send an email to shopt2boutique@gmail.com (include Subject: Order Modification) within 24 hours of your order being placed, with the correct order information, to avoid order processing delay.
