YOUR VENDOR FEE IS NON - REFUNDABLE. EVENT DATES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

ADVERTISE. T2 Boutique will advertise the event on social media and our website. We ask you to invite/ share the information with your customers. Products and Services displayed and sold must be according to the contract. All Signs and Banners must be professional. LIABILITY. I accept all responsibility of selling during the time that I am at the T2 Boutique event. I am fully accountable and responsible for all activities that happens in the event space provided by T2 Boutique. T2 Boutique assumes no responsibility for any injury or accident that occurs on the premises during any event. Please Submit Questions at t2-boutique@hotmail.com PHOTO RELEASE: I grant permission and consent to T2 Boutique for the use of the photographs and videos taken on the date of the event for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: Publicity, copyright, illustration, advertising, and web content. DAMAGES. Vendor fee is non refundable. EVENT DATES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Display items ( DISPLAYS MUST BE 6 FEET TALL OR LESS ) All vendors must provide their own 6 ft table and chairs. All table cloths must be floor length to hide your items. If your display is larger than 6X6, you may be asked to pay for more than one vendor space. All exhibit signage must be pre approved by Center management prior to set-up. All signs are to be professionally printed. You are not allowed to hang/tape(command strip) anything on the walls. You are responsible for any damage incurred in your space. Please have your space inspected before you leave. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the vendor agreement terms and conditions. *
